Missed Appointment & Cancellation Policy
By booking an appointment online, you have acknowledged that you have read and agree to the Missed Appointment Policy outlined below:
When booking online, a $100 booking fee is collected. This fee is nontransferable and nonrefundable in the event of a missed appointment, zero exceptions. We understand life happens, but we cannot enforce a policy for one person and not the other. A missed appointment is defined as: (A) canceling or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice*, (B) failing to confirm your appointment at least 12 hours prior**, (C) arriving 15 or more minutes late, (D) booking multiple services within one appointment and not proceeding with all scheduled services on the day of the appointment, (E) using the scheduled appointment time primarily for consultation, leaving insufficient time to perform scheduled service(s), with each unperformed service counted as a missed appointment, (F) leaving the appointment early before the scheduled appointment time has concluded, or (G) not showing up to your appointment. After a second missed appointment, future appointments will require full prepayment at the time of booking.
*Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 8 PM. When requesting to reschedule a Monday or Tuesday appointment, the request must be made by Friday at 8 PM or the appointment will be treated as missed.
**You will receive an appointment confirmation text the day before your appointment. Appointments not confirmed may be released to a waitlisted client and then treated as missed.
